Honorable Judge Jean Williams passed away July 23, 2011. Williams was a local civil rights leader and honorary member of the NBHC. The Judge Jean Williams Community Service Award will continue to be awarded in her honor. Phoenix City Councilman Michael Johnson, will receive the 2012 JJWCS Award Jan. 12th at, "An Evening With a King" dinner.
